Pole Teacher Training

Ascend Academy’s Pole Teacher Training Foundation is a focused, in person intensive designed for experienced pole students and movement professionals exploring the art of teaching.

This one day training centers on the fundamentals of teaching beginner-level pole with clarity, safety and confidence - grounded in years of real-world studio experience.

Our Pole Training focuses on:
- Core movement foundations and essential beginner skills
- Clear teaching breakdowns and effective progressions
- Safety awareness, spotting, and class flow
- Cueing, coaching confidence and presence as a teacher.

Delivered entirely in person, this immersive day blends movement practice, teaching exercises, observation and real-time feedback.

This one day intensive is designed as an entry point - an opportunity to explore the teaching process, refine your understanding of movement, and assess whether pursuing further training or licensing is the right next step for you.

This training provides a strong educational foundation for those exploring teaching, with a focus on skill development, safety and confidence in the studio. A certificate of completion is provided.
