This program blends classical principles, proven teaching methods, and hands-on labs to prepare you to lead safe, effective, and inspiring mat classes. Designed for aspiring instructors, movement professionals, and dedicated enthusiasts who want to deepen their practice and gain the skills to confidently guide others.

This hybrid program blends self-paced learning with guided in person or live virtual mentorship, giving you the freedom to learn anywhere without losing personal connection.

Program Format:
